988K Lift Arm – Lower bushing bores for bucket pins

Hi, replacing the bushings and seals for the lower boom to bucket pins on a 988K and the bores are worn on the faces where the seals are installed and looks like line boring / facing will need to be done This is the only 988K we have so don’t have another machine to measure the width of the bores. Would there be a way to find out what the width of the bores is supposed to be ?

    width of the bearing plus 0.80 inch would be the minimum according to this if the serial number i looked up is the same as yours

    Thanks, will have a look and see if this is correct. The last 8 of the serial number start with T8E .

    Please post a Serial Number. It makes it easier to look up information.
