Case 1085C wheeled excavator. Cannot find reference for hydraulic brake accumulator pressure. Takes upwards of 20 min to get low pressure dash light and alarm to quit after startup. Also, when moving, there is the distinct sound of brakes dragging. When parking brake is set, machine will not move. When parking brake is release, machine moves with brake dragging sound. Thanks for any advise.
