Adhesive for attaching plastic to glass

I recently replaced the glass in my CAT 420D backhoe. I have attached all of the parts to the window that use fastners. The door handle was adhered to the glass with a black adhesive and I was wondering if anyone might know what was used to adhere the plastic handle to the glass? Thanks.

    I use 3m window weld, and primer. 08682 primer 08609 window weld urethane Really any windshield urethane. Be sure to shop for price.
