Hello All, I'm trying to Pick/ Buy the right hoe for digging tuff shale and building roads on my 156 acre property, it's mtn. ground. I've been eyeballing a JD 690 C but this machine seems better. The adds states that the Pins & Bushing's need work. If I bought it, most of the use is (nearly) stationary. After the shale is dug, then it's up the hill and cut out a 7 % to 8 % new roadway. The new roadway will be about 1 1/2 mile long. I just bought a Case 1050 dozer to do the grade on the new mtn. road. Anyway, let me know about the Komatsu 220LC-3.
