Hi, I have a JLG 3509 telehandler, and the rear axle load cell seems to be faulty causing a permanent overload condition. Currently the unit is only usable when pressing the overload override button. It is not being used in public or nearby others. A replacement OEM strain gauge is ~500USD+ if even available, however it seems to simply be a bolt on quarter bridge 2 wire strain gauge that can be calibrated with the LMI unit with sufficient safety factor using a measured mass and first principles. Does anyone know of any aftermarket suppliers for a strain gauge such as attached, along with resistance ranges of known good units? Regards, Ray
