What Kind of oil should I used in a Allison TT2421 transmission? I was going to use a Hydraulic/Tractor trans oil
Most of the stuff I have run across takes straight 30 in the transmission, though 90 percent of the time I'm just working on cats which may be different from what you have. what kind of machine is this in?
its in a Case W24C, I talked to my local oil guy he said use a 30 weight TO-4 oil in it cause it has a C-4 spec for the old allison transmissions
