Outriggers work, checked outrigger cutout switches which seem to be working. Boom/controls works fine with emergency backup hydraulic pump, but nothing in bucket or turret works with controls when not on backup pump. I think I'm missing a safety switch somewhere.
Fixed the problem! There is a solenoid about six inches below the rotary joint on the passenger side near the rear, it was missing 12 volts on one of the legs. Since it's just a solenoid it doesn't matter which wire is hooked to ground and 12V, just as long as both are hooked up so it can open a hydraulic valve to enable stuff. In our case, there was a white wire that was supposed to have 12 volts but didn't, so we jumpered it to the battery positive to test, and the solenoid engaged. Then we had to trace the white wire back and figure out where it came from, but meanwhile the bucket now engages. Hope this helps someone else
