sorry if i spelt the company's name wrong.. but just have a couple questions.. first one is if anybody is from that company is it a good company to work for as a heavy equipment operator?? and my second question is ive never worked as a civilian operator im currently deployed in the army right now and have been getting alot of stick time out here i can run everything but my best piece is the grader, i was just curious if most places pay you by what piece of equipment your running or do you just get paid the same and operate what ever they need you on?? thanks for any help take care!
a good graderman will never have trouble finding a job. you will be just fine.
