Hi guys any one got a ball park figure on hydraulic cooling circuit pressure this machine has axillary pump on side of engine supplies hydraulic oil to x2 coolers on engine then to main hydraulic cooler, then vents back to tank last both coolers on engine blocked cut open tried to clean but main hydraulic filter not changed and filter meterial blocked coolers, going to remote mount one with electrical fan cheers
Typical charge/cooling circuit pressure runs 150 to 350 psi depending on system design, which is much lower than main system pressure. Don't over-restrict the circuit with undersized remote cooler or long hoses as you'll overheat the aux pump or cause cavitation in the main system. Keep lines as short as possible; use minimum -12 or -16 hose for cooling flow
Thanks for the info l will put some photos up when done cheers
