Atlascopco Aircompressor Not functional.

Good day! I've been having challenges with an Atlas Copco Air compressor, at first, it was saying "Reverse rotation" on the panel so it couldn't start, later we changed the blower and surprisingly the error code disappeared, now its saying motor overload so it won't start, what could be the issue?

Was this unit in service in that spot for a while, or is this is newer hookup/install? Was any new electrical work done that feeds the site? Asking because the "reverse rotation" alarm is for the 3 phase power feeding it being backwards. It will be either CW or CCW and can be changed by switching 2 of the HOT leads. I've run into this issue many times on new installs and temp power jobs. Was the blower that replaced it the exact same and wired in the same, or did leads get changed and that cleared the alarm? Again, just want to make sure the power feeding it is correct because it will be very bad if the motor is run backwards. A quick search online for a manual, and it shows there is an "Overload relay, compressor motor" designated as F21 and located at the lowest part of the electrical cabinet. I'd check that it is getting power and latching.

It has been working, started experiencing these issues after a power outage, the blower was replaced and reverse rotation error code got erased, now remaining with motor overload error code, so the overload relay can be an issue? i was thinking of decoupling the motor and see if it runs.... thanks btw

As far as the power outage that started it all, it most likely had a voltage spike that caused all these issues. Or (less likely) power was repaired and phases got reversed on the utility side. The manual is a little vague, but the F21 "overload relay" appears to be a circuit breaker that you should be able to visually check (if it has a trip flag) and hopefully can just reset. https://www.e-pneumatic.com/media/pdf/atlas/atlas-copco-ga-45-pdf.pdf
