Welcome to HEF! Your not going to like this for a first question, but how do we get service for groenveld pumps on the east coast? We've been waiting since august for a wiring harness to be installed. We actually pulled the system before christmas and went lincoln.
I've run lots of different equipment with these pumps and have really liked them. I have not dealt with the service side but i do know at one company there was a rep that came out every month or two to ask every operator how things were going with the pump so i assume it was alright. All i know is it is nice to have in the winter and not be screwing around with cold grease and dead batteries in my grease gun.

I don´t like that you cant hook on your manual grease gun if the pump is out for some reason like you can on a Lincoln, Beka-Max or Vogel system without risking bursting all the distribution blocks.
