Big, torque converter drive, before gear transmission. Joystick operation, extend a hoe, 4 wheel drive. Pilot controls are nice, ride control also, plumbing for a thumb, that's what separates us from animals. A 4 in one front bucket is nice. Heat, and maybe AC. A dealer support is precious.

A lot depends on what size machine you need for the work you are doing. Also how much you are willing or able to spend. The ones in your photos cover a large difference in machine size and price.

Farmers typically need a field tractor, tall, equipped with three point hitch. Adding a loader is a compromise. It'll load, but it isn't the machine an industrial loader is. In USA we look for tractors painted yellow. A farm tractor with clutch will tend to dig a hole under each tire scooping a full bucket of gravel. An industrial tractor with torque converter, and better loader will more effectively scoop tough material without spinning tires. If loading is a priority, consider a compact track loader. It'll accept a hundred attachments. In either case look for grease able joints equipped with seals. If it lacks these, it isn't designed to handle thousands of cycles. A heavy duty loader won't need to be welded for many years. Look at old ones. Those with lots of repair welds are to be avoided.
