so got a possible job which is digging tile for a field in a low area because its flooded and anit to useful. very limited on space and gonna have to go into the muck but they want as little disturbance to the ground as possible. so what would be my best bet mud mats or something else
What are you gonna use to dig with?
welp I got a kx040 or use my backhoe or go get a rental
The power line utility company's in my area are using laminated mud mats. A few days after they remove them you wouldn't know they had been there. I saw everything from heavy trucks to large front end loaders going over them.
Something like this could work if you had 3 or 4 of them and wouldn't be too expensive. Heavy pallets might work for small machine too.
