When backing up this paver it seems that the hydraulic cylinder attached to the front idler is not keeping the proper tension on the track and allowing it too catch on the drive hub teeth. it started as just one side but now both are doing it. Im curious if this is a problem with the cylinder, or a valve somewhere else in the system. i would greatly appreciate any help on this problem. We are going to bring this paver into the shop tomorrow and begin winter maintenance. cylinder does not appear to be leaking.
Are you running full throttle?
I am almost certain it does it both at full throttle and idle.
