New yacht crushed in crane collapse A new £20,000 yacht has been crushed when a 40-tonne crane collapsed on top of it. The crane driver was shaken by the accident but otherwise unharmed although the boat was severely damaged. Firefighters and coastguards were called in to stabilise the crane and yacht.
