I have a 2000 bobcat 331 excavator. I lost all power in one of two 5 spool assemblies. All functions on this assembly either move slow with no power or do not move at all. The other assembly functions like normal. Blade functions like normal. Is there a relief valve that would prevent any of the functions on one spool from working ? Or is this indicative of the pump failing ? Anyone have the service manual ?
