Bobcat 331, Blade wont raise

No fluid getting to one of side of the blade cylinder, swap the hoses around at the end of the cylinder and the problem changes to the blade wont lower. Im having trouble finding a hydraulic schematic on this unit to trace the hydraulics back. Any normal suspects I should be looking at? Or does anyone have a break down of the blade sections hydraulic schematic's? 331 Bobcat S/N: 512919166
