Bobcat 337 Swivel joint leaks shortly after rebuild

I rebuilt the swivel joint about a year and half ago and it started leaking after about 10 hours of use. The bore of the joint looked as if a previous owner bored it out on a lathe to remove scratches or something, the bore looked machined not shiny and honed like a new engine cylinder would. Problem is the swivel joint is not possible to source, even a used one. Bobcat always says out of stock, bone yards are saying that part is long gone. been looking for a year for a new or even a used one thats rebuildable. Im thinking about retrofitting one from a different machine that has all the same ports,2 2spd drive motors, 2 case drains, blade ports but not sure how that will work or how to figure out which would work. My machine is a 2002 337D with 3200hrs.and the swivel joint part number is 6800992 Any suggestions?

Thank You Uffex. Ill have to call them to see if they can help. I have actually crudely checked the case drains coming off my drive motors. They both put out a small amount of fluid when under load. Not sure of a more technical test that i can do, any suggestions with that? My case drain filter was cut open abou thte same time i checked and found only a few small metal particles. On the Bobcat 337 it uses a remote spin on type filter to filter all the case drains.

Have you tried after market? not through the dealer but calling around yourself?

Good day Normal method would be "T" into the case drain line the pressure should not be so high about 1bar or 14 p.s.i. when the motors are in use. Kind regards Uffex
