Bobcat 442 aux hyd wiring

I have a 2004 bobcat 442. Someone cut out a lot of wiring insteard of replacing circuit board. Shop tells me that computer is dead Everything works except the auxillary hydraulics. If I can figure how to wire them back up, would I still have to replace the computer before they would work? Any help appreciated thanks Stacy
