Has anyone had one of these that the auxiliary brake will just come on at any given time and stop the machine then you have to play with the switch a few times to get going again ? I've tried bypassing the switch to check that but it still would lock the brake ,is the brake controlled bye a electric solenoid that engages a pin ? Any help would be great
the brake hold coil is controlled by the bics, when it locks up do you have any lights flashing on the bics controller? the way the bics system is designed, it's not (theoretically) possible to bypass any of the sensors. typically, attempting to bypass anything results in damaged electronics. :drinkup
Thank you for your help after a lot of wire chasing and NO help from local dealer I traced it back to the bics box borrowed one from other unit and problem gone .Seems like it's not that hard a system once you figure it out
