Welcome to HEF crabber93. :drinkup Is it a C, F, or G series machine? Rectangle shaped headlights or triangle shape?
i think its a g serios its an older machine its got the square headlights
these are photos of the alarm going off
G series has triangle shaped headlights. C and F series had rectangle shape headlights. The notable difference between C and F series, C series has a two piece rear door, orange at the bottom with a small black portion at the top. F series has a one piece stamped steel door, all orange. You have either a C or F series with BOSS system.
Will the machine attempt to move anything at all when you start it up before the HP1 error shuts the engine down?
ok its the f serios it has the solid back door. And it did use to move untell i started messing with it now it won't move. it still fires up than about 30 secounds later the alarm goes off than about a minute after that the machine shuts down
Started messing with it? I suppose you mean you started messing with it "when" it started giving you the alarms. My point, right now, start engine and hit the enable button that powers up the BICS controller to operate the machine. With that HP1 fault the ECU will shut down engine fairly quickly. Before that happens, with the machine do anything at all, drive, lift, tilt, anything? If not, the first place to look is make sure the drive belt is in proper order.
messing with it i mean i was trying to dis engage the brake to make it move but it wasent doing anything. than i tried messing with the senser thing that the flip down bar triggers i think and it still wasent doing anything. so I'm kinda lost on trying to get it to move now and every time i start it the sensor alarm still comes on
Let's check that drive belt and go from there. That's the first thing to look at.
Hi, I'm borrowing this thread. I have a 2003 Bobcat 753 model G. After I replaced the seals in the lift pistons and tilt cylinder, after a while the oil pressure warning light came on (bottom right). I have checked the level and it’s ok and there is no metal- shavings or anything in the filter. The machine works as it should even when the light comes on. Could the sensor been damage because of the air in the system after the seal change?
You should start your own thread. This thread is almost 10 years old too.
