863F series: tilt and lift locked out. left handle has two green LEDs. with ignition key turned halfway: left LED is on while right LED has a two blink sequence. With actuators(approximately in neutral position) disconnected from spools and the the ignition key turned halfway: Both LEDs turn off for about two seconds during which time the tilt actuator retracts fully and then symptoms return. :idontgetit Any ideas?
