Bobcat S130

Hi every one, I have a bobcat S130 which has all the warning lights appear on the dash aswell as nothing in the hour meter display. I have checked the fused, wiring to both dash clusters, all fluids and things which could trigger warning lights. I have had the machine cut out on me while running and some times no warning lights with ignition on engine off, when this happends there are no lights on dash also when engine running. has any one come accross some thing similar? would the faulty hour meter display cause warning lights to trigger and engine to cut out?
