bobcat s205 not blowing hot air. Blower works fine just no hot air. New thermostat installed. Tried new control panel as well with no luck. Checked fuse panel by the seat. They looked fine. Anybody have any ideas what it could be?

Most machines have a manual valve on the engine for the heater hoses to keep heat out of the cab in summer months. Make sure it's opened to start with. It can be a small brass valve with a T handle or could look like the spigot on your wall for the garden hose. Make sure your coolant is at the proper level, too low and you won't get any heat. Make sure the heater box is clear of debris and that the heater core isn't clogged with dirt so air can flow through it. If you've done everything thus far and still have no heat you'll need to pull the heater core and make sure it isn't clogged internally, hot water must be able to flow through it to make heat. I'm not familiar with your particular system, but the next thing to check would be that the heater valve in the cab is functioning to allow hot water to flow, or it could be an air door that blends heated air with cold, that door must be able to open and close freely. I don't think fuses will have anything to do with it if your blower is working, that's the only thing that would be fused and if it's working the fuse is OK.
