Hey Guys my front auxillary block is seized and am looking for a used one or poss new one. Anyone have any ideas
Do you need the whole block? Or is it just one of the quick couplers is seized? If it is just one couple you can replace it, 1 1/4" wrench iirc. Sometimes you can free them up, lubing them and trying to work its mate into it. A few times I removed the seized female coupler and took the male off the attachment, put them in the vise and pressed them together.
I have fixed a bunch of rust seized male ends but have very little luck with the female couplers. New females cost about a hundred bucks delivered from the OEM supplier.
Two places to check out are: skid-steer solutions, they have a complete block with the case drain line plug-in port apparently bolts right into the oem place, or where you live not far away for shipping, Bosch Hydraulics in Edmonton, they carry the Faster Hyd couplers and cartridges for the block , have bought a few from them and they are 'bout 1/2 the price of oem BCat parts...... Hope this'll help ....:drinkup
