its either the swing motor leaking the swivel joint leaking or a hose leaking in the belly pan area pull the floor board out and look and see if you can see a washed area where fluid has been running down it then if you cant find anything start the machine and see if a leak develops under pressure be care full about running the controls and standing next to it that you dont get your self but thats about the easiest way to see whats leaking when you find it let me know and ill try to help you out from there

thanks bcm,we took the bottom pan off and there are some little holes in the bottom of the swivel that where its leaking from,it doesnt leak much when its running but when we let it set for a few days it leaks a pint or so out then.

you should be able to take the floor board out and remove the swivel joint out get a kit or take the swivel to your dealer and have them reseal it either way it will be cheaper than having them do it all i would pull it out and put it back in myself and let the dealer reseal it if i had no experience with taking one apart and putting it back together imo

there are a few bolts going up from the bottom and a snap ring on the swivel,do you think that might be what holds it in place?

if it looks like it holds the swivel in the machine then yeah make sure you remeber where they came from cause some are longer than others and you can break the gear if you put them in the wrrong hole the snap ring holds the internals of the swivel joint dont pull it out there should be like 6 or so hoses hooked to the swivel joint 4 drive motor hoses and 2 are blade and i think a case drain or to so 8 or more maybe i havn;t been in the belly of the small 323 yet so i couldn;t tell you for sure on how it comes out
