Hey all, just purchased a x231 excavator, the issue im having is the unit does not like to turn. It will move forward and back but will not turn.the grade blade in front is also weak it will not pick up the front of the unit.all other hydraulic functions work great,plenty of dig power. Haven't checked pump pressure yet but pump isn't making any abnormal noises. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
