Building roads in a underground mine

hi Need some help from you! We are busy writing training on a underground motor grader! and finding information on the internet is not always as easy. :Banghead Sooo i was wondering if anyone may have information on building roads in a under ground mineknow where i might find some useful information any info will help alot tx.

    Let me get this straight. You are writing a training manual on operating a grader underground in a mine and you are looking for information from the internet as your source of knowledge? How will you even know if the info you get is totally wrong? All I can tell you from my limited experience is that crushed road material is scarce and expensive to bring down u/g and water will wash it down to bare rock in no time. Hardest thing is getting chunks of rock that fall off scoop trams and haulage trucks off the traveled surface over against the nearest wall and then pushing all of it back across the road so that hopefully the fine material ends up on the road and only the chunks of rock end up against the wall. You have to go real slow, meanwhile every u/g vehicle in the mine will be lined up waiting to get by you. That is it in a nutshell, good luck.
