Did anybody use a CATERPILLAR 966K in a underground job or in an enclosed building , how can I avoid regeneration problems

You would want to have some sort of air flow if you were indoors for an extended period, say longer than getting a bucket load or dumping into a hopper. In underground mining there is a rule that we work to of 1M3/min of airflow per Kw of engine power. This both dilutes the diesel particulates, (we run catalytic mufflers on our big gear as well), dilutes and flushes carbon monoxide and introduces fresh air into the workspace. Remember, the cab air conditioning will not remove carbon monoxide and is limited at best at removing particulates and a diesel motor will run where you should not breathe. You will probably find that your industrial safety regulator, OSHA isn't it, will have an opinion on the subject too.
Volume of the building is about 24000 cbm , the machine is equiped with an extra Brotec system to clean air inside cab , the machine is working at 29% of full capacity,
So by those numbers the building is a fair size (say 50m x 50m x 10m high). So long is it has a door at each end or some other form of ventilation in the roof maybe then I would say you'd be fine. How many continuous hours is the loader expected to work inside the building..? Does the option exist to move the machine out of the building when it goes into regeneration mode..?
