My dad's case 40xt skid steer is having some issues. The hydraulics are operating really slow when it gets warm. He replaced the hydraulic filter and it still didn't help. Does anyone know if there's a screen on the bottom of the tank which is the bottom outlet to the pump? Any help fixing this issue would be appreciated.
