Thought I’d post this as it may be of use to others! The Case 450 has no lift pump and as such is real hard work to get air out of the system if changing filters or should you run out of diesel, I’ve made this “bung” to fit in the filler neck and with the aid of a truck tyre valve in the bung and a bicycle pump I can pressurise the tank to force the diesel under pressure to the fuel pump filters and injectors, works well and saves cranking over and draining the battery!
