The boom will stay up. When lifting it it will slowly come down. Replaced the hoses, both inner and outer seals. There are no leaks. I think there is a problem with the valve assembly connected to the main boom. Any suggestions? Where could I get the parts
The circuit relief valves could be the problem.

Broken tractor is a good place or reliable aftermarket parts is another. Look u part numbers on mycnhistore.com and search on innerweb. I believe that is a 31 backhoe so you’ll have to look up parts for that.
