99 Case 570lxt series 2-2wd in this pic on top of the rear diff. these two "levers" i will call them. I'm guessing...rear locking mechanism? one is hooked up( red oval), the other isn't (orange rectangle) is that the way it's supposed to be? thanks for viewing,
That is your park brake hammertime. Why it's disconnected? :beatsme ...... seized cable maybe?
the cable snapped at the hand lever (from previous owner). So i'm guessing it snapped engaged and the quick fix was to disconnect it to get it moving again. thank you for the info!
