Jarredd50, In reply your original question, 3156 is grid heater has no load. Implies the engine controller is not seeing the grid heater relay connected. First check to see if the machine has the optional grid heater. If grid heater not installed, check to confirm resister plug is installed in engine harness where the grid heater relay would go. If grid heater is installed, check the relay and continuity to the engine controller. The group of 105x codes imply the instrument cluster is not seeing the engine controller at the 544 hour mark you referenced. This does “not necessarily” mean a wiring issue. It could occur for various reasons, for example at 544 hours the dealer could have updated the software in the engine controller, and the codes were generated because the engine controller was off line for programming. Normally the dealer would clear the codes after programming, but sometimes they may not. Another reason could be some diagnostic activities were being performed and power was removed from the engine controller. I would normally expect if a wiring issue, there would be more than 2 occurrences, as one occurrence would generate at each key on.
