Case 580B with mechanical reverser and hi-lo shifter. The shifting forks are worn at the boses where they engage the gearing. Has anyone welded these and ground to fit? Or does anyone know of a source for used? New is over $700.
Yes they can be welded or brazed up and then grinded to fit, have done and seen it often in older machines when needed.
