Machine ran good but had a unknown overheat issue that was random. narrowed that down to the temp sensor on fuel pump. not available but got a sensor with same plug/ that fits. didnt plug it in. machine ran good with the sensor unplugged. today i got no crank. nothing to the starter. I Have a intermittent issue with the display staying on with the key turned on. had to pull a fuse to get it off. f11 backup is all it says in the books for that fuse. today with the no start i noticed the display turing off correctly. but no crank, key switch works and the circut is functioning from what i gather from several manuals i have on this machine. i got electrical schematics as well. about going thru the machine checking everything, i am now getting on diag 2 code, 235, 276, 611, 277, 422,418, 143 diag 3: 2632, 2632, 2633, 2633, 2633, 2633 diag 3: is the hours of the code, machine has 10,080 hours. so not sure the issue there. Diag 4: i am getting a A0 code. Diag 5: A0, 50,40, 60, 60 70, i did plug in the new sensor, it did eliminate the codes in diag 1, but the codes didnt affect it starting or running. long shot but plugged the old sensor then the new 1 in, still nothing. so i just unplugged it for the moment just to make sure. 1 area i have looked at is the emergency stop motor? where is it? emergency stop relay? which one? all test good? i have had 1 time the machine just stopped mid swing, not start, then after a few minutes it acted like the battery was dead. waited a few and started right up. Also where is cn24? trying to isolate that conector. alot of the known problems have been on the circut. any ideas is helpful. hiting dead ends with case dealers. good machine, if there's a way to just have the engine run, and forget all this crap let me know. about done with it.
