Case Maxi Sneaker Series C

I have a case maxi sneaker series c plow machine but the machine will not steer to the left and will only steer to the right every time i try turning left. I am not sure what could be wrong with the machine and would greatly appreciate any helpful information that could help solve the issue. Thank you in advance.
