Hi, i have a case SR200 2010 and sometimes even if i unlock everything properly, sitting with the safety bar down and fasten belt on , and the dash saying that everything is ready for operating the machine, all the hydraulics seems to be locked, no warning lights comes on the dash, everything ready and in green, sometimes it work fines and five minutes suddenly again you can't move nothing but you can hear the relief valves opening when you act on the knobs, and bucket and boom try to move a little bit but get like stuck, locking system selenoids are working and they have proper voltage supply, and it happened after i used the attachment port for a hammer, i took the hammer off but since then started doing this time on time, might be main body valve or safety lock valve or an overheated selenoid?...need help asap please...
I would try and raise the lap bar and bring it back down and see if that clears it. If not, try raising lap bar, shut the machine off, restart than drop lap bar and depress the brake button and see if that clears it. Something is not right, I would guess with the safety switching, but see if this will clear it up until you can get it in and looked at. Does it throw any codes?
no, everything seems to be ok..i dont get any at all code, everything is on green, no brake or lock lights coming on the dash, and i can drive it, so is unlock, just the boom and bucket hydraulics that dont work, since you do not get any block or warning signal in the dash i guess could be mechanical problem on one of the body valves, i do have nexiq interface and laptop for diagnostics, but i cant find the software for case construction equipment..is there any way to manually reset the codes in that specific model?
I have the same issue. Fuses are good. Lap bar is working correctly. Battery terminals are clean and battery is good, which seemed to have caused the issue before. Hyrdraulics are operating, just not fully. The "Lock" button is flashing, which indicates an electrical safety issue, like a lock out. Did you ever find a solution to this?
