I am working on a w 20 c case loader. It has no brakes. I have fixed all the lines and air leaks. I am getting very little oil out of the bleaders. There is two bleeders per caliper. How do i bleed them properly. Thanks
If you have a pressure bleeder, remove the line from the IV reservoir and install the pressure bleeder line to the master cylinder, with hose on the bleeder screws and placed in a fluid container, open your bleeder screw untill no air bubbles are seen, then close it and go to the next bleeder screw while keeping watch on your fluid level in your pressure bleeder. Re hook your IV reservoir when complete and top off. If you don't have the pressure bleeder, a helper will work well in the cab to press the brake pedal down and hold it while you open the bleeder and shut it off. You still can use the hose and container, brake pedal down/ open bleeder then close it/ release pedal/ brake pedal down/ open bleeder then close it while checking your reservoir fluid. You have to keep the air pressure up while doing this, machine running or air hose from a compressor about 110 psi or the relief will keep going off on the air tank. You can remove your bleeder screws and clean the ports first if you like, if no fluid comes out it could mean the master cylinders and brake chambers need service.
