Hi guys, First to introduce myself as peter, a british plant mechanic (volvo trained) working in Gambia west africa. One of my customers has recently purchased a 140H grader. The ecm was missing and we have purchased one from another 140H. Our machine is a brazilian 5HM with mechanical fuel pump. The machine will not move unless you manualy energise the solenoids on the valve block. I am new to cat ET and sis and find it fairly frustrating to work with! Codes shown on ET do not correspond with SIS etc. The ECM apears to be correct in ET, showing code 41 confguration but there are come active codes .These are - 177-3 trans oil temp voltage above normal,573-3 inching pedal position switch above normal,444-6 starter motor current above normal, 1484-3 inching pedal switch voltage above normal,1580-5 powertrain filter bypass lamp. Looking at inputs - all gear lever inputs correct, but says that starter solenoid is on and the swich is in start position.perhaps the answer is simple. Can someone help. Regards Peter
