Good day, I am not sure what the problem is but this is what we have check so far. 1. Left Drive motor turns slower to that of the right hand side 2. When both foot pedals are pressed down, then the tracks don't move 3. When you push left it goes left 4. When you push right it goes right
Is this two pedals and a stick ?
A Serial Number would also help.
As I recall, one pedal makes the machine go forward and the other makes the machine go in reverse. You steer the machine by moving the stick in the middle in the direction you wish to go. If you only move the stick without moving one of the pedals, the tracks should counter rotate.
And my stock answer is: Swivel joint seals. YMMV
+1. It ought to be the first place to start in case of weird tracking issues.
Okay somewhere deep in back of my mind I know these machines well 235 and 245 better but... Pump regulators are common to stick if i remember more likely to stick full beans... Get a stop watch pick each track off ground and do cycle time x2 on swivel the travel pilot valve I've done a few with different issues
Check pump pressure for the front pump. It runs the left track, stick and swivel functions. If you have a weak stick then you have low pump pressure. Swivel relief is only 2000psi so you may not notice a problem with the swivel.
You must use the pedals, the stick alone does nothing.half way right stick and right pedal machine turns right by locking the right track. Full way right stick and right pedal will reverse the right track and pivot turn machine. One track forward and other track reverse
