cat 215 no swing

I have a cat 215 it has no swing if anyone knows how to bleed the system it would really help thanks in advance -Nick

    Does it try to swing? Break may not be releasing.Is the house lock pin engaged?

    nothing happens when the swing is activated where is the house pin lock located and how would I disengage it

    the excavator can be swung when the stick is pushed to the side and it is pushed or pulled I can move just by pushing it on foot so the brake must be disengaging
