Hello, Have a hydraulic leak near my final drive for the track on the right side of the machine. Pictures attached for better reference, do believe it is the parking break and possibly the breather that is leaking. I do not have a parts book for this machine yet so have no way to look it up. If it is the breather and i replace it, do i need to worry about this happening again or does the parking break need to be rebuilt for what caused this issue?

The breather is not your issue, the brake is. Internal orings have failed. Check final for fluid level. Likely to be over full from brake failure. Tear it down. Not complicated, but heavy. Inspect brake disc components but likely are fine and just need the seals.

Thank you for the feed back, just order me a parts book for the machine hopefully will show me the break down and it and will get me a kit ordered. Guessing the person i bought this unit from was just replacing the breather for the fix.

Just a quick update on this issue here. The seal in the brake was the issue and was very simple to break down and replace. The final drive did have the outer seal bad as well, replaced while it was apart.

So the brake leak pressured up the final and hurt the sprocket seal? Not sure which seal you are referring to.

Final drive motor sorry about that. The seal for the shaft was bad.
