CAT 277B no hydraulics, feint charge pressure at high RPM

picked up a very clean mechanics special erops 2007 b277B CAT0277BCMDH0XXXX from my contractor and nothing hydraulic works. No history other than “it won’t track”. Loader and tracks do not move At high rpm with safety solenoid satisfied machine will beep in reverse but not move. Also at high rpm quick attach hydraulic lines (which operate off charge pressure) tense up like they are trying to work. Obviously sufficient charge pressure at idle is not working Not sure how this machine generates charge pressure. Don’t see a pump on engine - is it made from the tandem pump? Could a shot drive motor cause total loss of charge pressure? Was thinking of capping off the drive motors and seeing what happens. I do see that the cover of the movement joystick was removed. If the pilot pressure line was removed from joystick and put back in the wrong position could it be sending pressure to the tank?? Hyd level is good - i plan to check filters and stuff but any help is appreciated
