SN: CAT0289DJTAW0407 Trying to tighten track but it doesn't appear to be doing anything.the grease gun is battrry powered and tighten one side. It is dispensing grease even put new tube of grease in. Don't see any grease escaping from either end of the tensioning unit. The plates that the t3nsioner press against seem to be OK. The nut is tight that the grease is pumped into. Any suggestions as to what might be going on would be appreciated.
