I have a CAT 305C CR mini excavator that started swinging freely to the left but won’t swing right with the control. I am getting a loud hydraulic hum which seems to put back pressure on the motor. Any suggestions on where to start on locating the problem?

You can check the hydraulic pump and then see if the oil filter is clogged.
