Cat 306cr Fault code J523582-3

Hi All Have a Cat 306 cr Ser number H6G604436 Year 2021 Its flashing a code on the dash of J523582-3 Any pointers at all please

    A problem with the motorized throttle valve. See attached. Note carefully the comment that it is most likely (but not 100% guaranteed) to be a wiring harness issue, so don't go replacing the valv euntil you are absolutely sure that the problem is not in the wiring.

    BANG ON ..... Broken wire about 8" back from the plug in the loom harness. Thanks Again
