I was going to put up this info earlier, but I wanted to verify more of the different types of applications. I used and downloaded this app, on my android cell phone, "Google photo words translator" and it is free. I found out from some friends, it does not work on certain phones. All one can do is try. Hope this helps. Any questions, let me know, I will do my best to answer.
Google Lens and Google Translate work exceptionally well and they are free. They can translate from speech they can translate from a picture and they can translate from your camera.
