CAT 315 C, S/N TCJC02447 bogs down to the point of stalling the engine while using the stick functions. This does not affect travel on level ground. This happens intermittently. Not sure what is going on or what to check. The machine has 4800 hours on it. Any help or troubleshooting advice will be welcomed.
