Cat 315l

I recently bought a 97 Cat 315l and I'm not getting power to glow plugs when key is turned to heat. Thinking maybe relay but not sure which one?

    If this will help how about a wiring schematic? Heater relay should be mounted some where on the "Breaker Panel" part number is 085-5353
